Position: Cannabis Delivery Specialist
Job Description:As a Cannabis Delivery Specialist at Three Trees Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cannabis products to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Prioritize and manage delivery schedules efficiently to ensure timely service.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a kind disposition.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve on the go.
- Enthusiasm for personal growth and a commitment to success.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A valid driver license and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (we do provide company vehicles to drive).
- Ability to lift 65 lbs.
- Must have access to email.
- Basic math.
- Reading comprehension.
No experience required. A willingness to learn standard operating procedures and deliver consistent, exceptional customer service is a huge plus! Our drivers report to work in Oakland and travel to their respective delivery zones in a company vehicle daily.
